Street team needed for BFC coming Sept. 23! Those of you whose gifts are handing out and stapling, well, we have a job for you!
First week in Sept- I need callers to call churches after school and tell them what's going down at ARBC
Sept. 8 Street team A will be going on a publicity mission for BFC
Sept. 15 Street team B will be going on a publicity mission for BFC
AND if you are interested, you can also help promote the MercyMe/Aaron Schust concert that is coming to the Gaillard Auditorium on October 14. I need callers to call local churches and let them know what's coming up. After BFC, we will go out again as street teams to post fliers, etc.
We've got our work cut out for us, but it's a great opportunity to support our brothers and sisters in Christ who have answered the call to take their talent, their passion for God, and their love for people and go out and make disciples of all men!
Leave a comment if you are interested in helping. We'll get you hooked up with the right job!

YouTube Video of the week...
Who wants to go to the Phillipines with me on Sept. 10? Two of my favorite organizations, one supporting the other, all in the name of Jesus. Life is good.

Fusion! How Groovy
Amazing. We had an amazing week at St. John's Episcopal Church planning and implementing Fusion! '07. Eighteen of you, plus some support from various adults , well, you just made the week HAPPEN! As usual, you go above and beyond and do more than is required to show your love for each other and for Christ, and you took the opporunity to show love to some great kids.
And yeah, we're losing some seniors who were highly instrumental in making Fusion! what it was this year, but there are some amazing (rising) seniors and underclassmen who are going to rock Charleston for Christ over the next few years, I have no doubt!
So, thanks for all your hard work. Thanks for answering the call. Thanks for being completely relevant and useful. You are a reflection of Christ.
Make sure to check out this groovy video. You may see some familiar faces!

Welcome!
Welcome to our new blog! I hope you will come here often and see what's new. I hereby pledge to update the blog at least three times a week! (Did I just say that?) I'll try to give you news and updates on youth activties, but there will also be movie reviews, CD reviews, guest contributions, fun video clips, and more!
First one to tell me they've checked out the blog and answers this question correctly will win his/her pick of CD's from my vast collection (the youth ministry collection, NOT my personal collection...HA!) The question is this: Name all five members of switchfoot AND what instrument they play!
Good luck, and I'll see you back here soon!
(You can chat with each other on the chatter box to the right, too! How cool is that???)
