Youth Ministry


June 8-13: VBS at ARBC. Youth will APPLY to work as support staff. 8:30-11:30 every morning of the camp

June 15-19: Music Camp. Youth will APPLY to help as support staff.

June 22-28: CreationFest in Shirleysburg, PA. Youth must apply online to volunteer and MUST be at least 15 years old. Go here to apply but DO NOT apply if you are not completely committed to going!

July 6-10: X-Fuge on Mission at Ridgecrest. This is our Fuge experience this year.

July 23-26: MS retreat (rising 7th through rising 9th)
HS retreat (rising 10th- HS graduate)

Chaperone needs:

Creationfest: Two male adults, two female adults. You can volunteer at the festival if you like OR you can serve as cook for the week. Either way, your fee is paid

X-Fuge: One male for every five male campers/ one female for every five female campers
I have estimated I will need three males and three females for X-Fuge

MS/HS retreats: Two males, Two females for each


Cost summary:

CreationFest: $100 to cover food, partial transportation, and one night hotel stay. Applications MUST be made online by Feb. 28 and deposits ($25) are due by March 8th

X-Fuge: $175 to cover the cost of the camp (Youth ministry pays half and pays chaperone fees) Deposit is $50 and IS your sign up and must be made by Feb. 1 (I have to pay our registration with Lifeway on Feb. 2)

MS/HS retreats: Approximate cost $100 to cover food, materials, lodging for the weekend. Deposit is $50 and is due by May 3.
